When will my order be shipped?
Items that are in stock are typically shipped within 2 days of placing your order. Items that are pre-ordered will be shipped when the merchandise is received. You can review our shipping policy by clicking here:
How will I know when my order will arrive? Can I track my order?
Priority/Free Shipping items should arrive within 5 to 7 business days for shipping within the United States. Express Shipping items should arrive within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your USPS tracking number once your order ships. It may take 24 hours for tracking information to be available on the USPS website. Do you offer refunds or price adjustments?
Items may be returned for Store Credit only. We do not offer price adjustments.
What if I refuse a package?
If you refused to accept your delivery from the USPS, or if the USPS returns the package to us for any reason, your purchase will not be refunded. We will notify you by email and give you the option to receive store credit (minus the shipping cost) or allow you to pay for the cost of re-shipping your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Our website gives you an opportunity to review your order before submitting it. Please review your cart and cancel your order or make updates prior to submitting your order for processing.
