Refund policy
Your satisfaction with the items you receive is important to us. We thoroughly inspect our garments before packing them for shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. Please review our Return/Exchange Policy carefully. If you have questions, please send us an email and we will gladly address your concerns. Kindly allow 3 business days for a response. Our goal is to get back with you as quickly as possible.
- IMPORTANT: Prior to sending your item for return or exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order that you would like to return or exchange an item. You must send an email to urbanglamz@gmail.com to request a Reference Number. Your email must include whether or not you desire a return or exchange. If you desire an exchange, please indicate the size you would like. Items can only be exchanged for the EXACT same item, in a different size. You will be notified if the item is available in the requested size. If not, your request will be processed as a return. Your item must be returned to us within 5 business days of you receiving your Reference Number.
- We are happy to accept returns/exchanges for garments that are in original condition, unworn with tags and labels attached. Please be aware if an item is returned that has odors or stains such as cigarette smoke, deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc., or if it has snags, tears or is misshaped due to stretching or wear, it will NOT be accepted and will be sent back.**Please open your package carefully. We will not accept an item that was damaged during opening of the package.**
- Notification of your intent to return or exchange an item must be sent to us no later than 3 days after you receive it. This includes weekends. For example, if your item arrives on Thursday, you have until the following Sunday to email us at urbanglamz@gmail.com for a reference number. Requests received later than 3 days will no longer qualify for a return or exchange.
- Your item must be returned to us within 5 business days of you receiving your reference number. Returns/Exchanges received after this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Urban Glam Curves reserves the right to refuse an item for return or exchange that does not meet the criteria referenced above.
- Generally returns and exchanges take 3-5 business days to process after the item is received.
- We offer ONE free exchange for every item.
- We DO NOT cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We recommend returning items using the Flat Rate Box option from the USPS.
- We DO NOT offer refunds. An online STORE CREDIT ONLY will be issued once your return is processed and accepted. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and you will be informed of the status. Information regarding your return and Store Credit will be issued to the email address provided during ordering. Store Credits never expire. If you lose or misplace your store credit, it will not be replaced.
- Rather than requesting an exchange, we recommend returning your item to us and using Store Credit to place a new order. Exchanges can only be made for exact items needing a different size. For example, if you changed your mind about the color you ordered and want the item in a different color, the request for an exchange would be denied but you could return the item and use store credit to re-order it in the color you desire. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, remember before you send your item to us, you must contact us via email within 3 days of receipt to request a Reference Number and information regarding item availability. Items often sell out before we receive a request for an exchange. We cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been received and informed of the status. Once your replacement item ships, you will receive tracking information through email. **We do our best to give detailed information regarding the fit of a garment on our website. Please read all descriptions to help you determine the appropriate size, and use the sizing chart as a guide.**

Cancellations:
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Our website gives you an opportunity to review your order before submitting it. Please review your cart and cancel your order or make updates prior to submitting your order for processing.
Faulty Merchandise:
We want our clients to be pleased with their purchase. We carefully inspect each garment prior to shipping to prevent our clients from receiving damaged merchandise.
We ask that you inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If you find any damage or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue quickly. Send an email and include a photo of the damage/defect to urbanglamcurves@gmail.com. After 3 days, your order will no longer qualify for a return.
Shipping:
Urban Glam Curves ships anywhere in the United States and to select countries. For security reasons, we do not deliver to an address that differs from the credit card billing address.
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Tuesday-Saturday. Our shipping department is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Free Shipping/Priority Shipping orders are generally processed within 3 days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends, holidays, and days that we are closed. Orders placed on the weekend, holidays, or any time UGC is closed, will be processed and prepared for shipping on the next business day.
Priority/Free Shipping items should arrive within 5 to 7 business days for shipping within the United States. Arrival times will vary for our international customers. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You may track your shipment online through the USPS website. Tracking information may not be available until 24 hours after you receive your tracking number. Please note: the USPS only guarantees arrival and transit times with Express Shipping. Once your item ships, UGC is not responsible for any delays or lost/stolen items.
Express Shipping items are processed and shipped on the same day (Tuesday-Saturday) for orders that are received before 12:00pm EST. Orders received after this time will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Express Shipping orders received when UGC is closed will also be processed and shipped the following business day. Express Shipping items should arrive within 1-2 business days, depending on the area in which you live. You can contact your local post office for estimated timeframes for Express Mail.
If there are unexpected delays in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you by email.
International Shipping items typically arrive within 10 to 21 business days. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. UGC cannot provide an estimation of any additional fees that may be incurred, and these fees will not be reimbursed.
